These sandals are very comfortable. The soles are thicker than the average flat sandals out there right now, and they have slight padding which makes them great for walking in the city. I have 2 complaints. 1) The first few times I wore them, I got a blister on my middle toe - I think from the leather rubbing in the wrong place, although now they are fine. and 2) I wish the straps were slightly less wide because they are kind of sweaty in this weather!
