Design and quality of this shoe was great, but I found the heel to be too thin and low for me (definitely didn't seem like 4 inches). I love a classic shoe but with modern touches. A higher or perhaps chunkier heel would have made this shoe work for me. I absolutely loved the color, but it looked like it belonged to an older person. This one had to go back.
